One family, five home visits.

Leo is 5. His mother Maria and his brother Mateo are home. Same house, every visit.

Walking up to Leo’s door, recorded in the simulator, no sound. First person, holding the work phone.

Five visits in 3D, each at the end of the chapter that teaches it. On a laptop or desktop, in a window at least 1000 pixels wide. The family in recorded voices. In visits two to four, help at the start and a rating on screen the whole way. Progress follows each hire to any computer. Under 30 minutes each.

A bar for each area: check-in, hygiene and safety scan, start and EVV, and home events at 100%, the preference check at 57%, pairing at 0%. The live rating, opened partway through Pairing with Leo. From a real run in the game: 72% so far, against an 80% pass mark. Not a result.

The trainings you have to prove.

In a report published in February 2026, federal auditors checked 100 sampled months of Colorado Medicaid ABA billing, one child’s care each. Every one of the 100 had at least one payment that was improper or possibly improper.

  • 93 of 100 had session notes or visit records that didn’t meet the rules.
  • 76 of 100 billed time that may not have been therapy: meals, breaks, naps.
  • 18 of 100 paid for staff without the right credential.

Over two years, $77.8 million was found improper and $207.4 million more possibly improper. Auditors recommended that the state pay back $42.6 million and review payments statewide.
